Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours prior to your appointment will have no penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require half of your service cost.
- You must pay any outstanding appointment fees to rebook.

Late Policy:
- A 15 minute grace period is allotted for each client, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled unless you have called and made arrangements with me prior.
- After 15 minutes you are considered a no-call-no-show and you will be charged for your full service total.
- You must pay any outstanding appointments to rebook.

During your Appointment:
- I will have space to accommodate one extra guest during your appointment, please do not bring more!
- Please do not bring any children unless they can sit in the extra chair for your full appointment time. I have chemicals and breakable objects in my room and I do not want any little ones getting hurt!
